Healing trauma which could be childhood, intimate relationship and generational requires a dedication of both people in the counciling relationship.
One new trauma relationship which inpacts your life daily but you are unaware of is your relationship to money. The feild of financial therapy is in its infancy and I am proud to be on the ground floor. How you handle and think about money and resources inpacts bouth you, your family but also future generations. You can learn how you relate to money and what it really means to you.

There are a lot of good resouces out their that both therapist and people who are looking for change can use to find new ways to create a life they love. Sometimes it is easy as learning a piece of information and other times you need a structured way of unlearning what you have learned and life to be able to see your way out of the maze that life has created for you.
